Gener8 Trade Limited operates a network of online advertising and directory platforms, including but not limited to constructionmate.co.uk.

ConstructionMate is an online advertising and directory platform that allows trade businesses to advertise their services and allows users to browse and contact those businesses.

We do not:

  • Recommend or endorse specific tradespeople or businesses
  • Carry out or supervise any work
  • Act as an agent, broker, or intermediary
  • Enter into contracts on behalf of users or trades

Any agreement entered into between a user and a listed business is strictly between those parties.

3. Use of the Website

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site

4. User Responsibilities (Homeowners & Visitors)

Users are responsible for carrying out their own checks before engaging a tradesperson. This includes checking qualifications, insurance, accreditations, and obtaining written quotes.

Listings on ConstructionMate are advertisements and do not constitute recommendations.

5. Trade Business Listings

Trade businesses submitting listings confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate, truthful, and up to date
  • They have authority to advertise the business
  • They comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • They hold all necessary licences, certifications, and insurance

We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that are misleading, inaccurate, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Advertising Plans & Payments

Some features of ConstructionMate are subject to paid advertising plans.

  • All prices are displayed per year and include VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Advertising plans run for a fixed term
  • Plans do not automatically renew without notice

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension without refund.

7. No Endorsement & Limitation of Liability

Gener8 Trade Limited provides a platform only and accepts no responsibility for:

  • The quality of work carried out by listed businesses
  • Disputes between users and trades
  • Loss, damage, or injury arising from services provided

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Gener8 Trade Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Suspension & Termination
